Bleached my hair, turned out... well some would say not so good but I think it looks neat, yellowish and some parts are still brown cuz I couldn't get deep in the dreads but meh. No chemical burns, no hair falling out, hair still feels healthy and strong. I do remember when I use to dye a lot my hair felt fried, hence why I stopped for a few years.
For anyone that plans to do what I did, heads up you might need to bleach a couple times to get the desired colour, and be prepared for it to dye unevenly...unless your a pro cuz mine sure didn't haha.
Thanks everyone for your advice, I guess I should have been a bit more clear though, I was looking for advice on bleaching not not bleaching.

i love the look, dark hair...fully bleached, but i dont wanna ruin my dreads by doing it.
i use sun-in, and love it, but i dont wash my hair much right now, so all that crap stays in there.
maybe i'll mess w/ bleaching some parts on a trial basis when they get more mature
