To dread or not to dread???

Hi, I have always had long hair, currently it is waist length. I have been debating getting dreads for years now but there is still a shadow of a doubt. I would love thin and tight dreads, which I know won't happen overnight, but I do work in healthcare so they have to look neat right away. I have no idea what method to use or who will do it. Any input or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

what she said ^ loli think you should go for it if you know you want them. dont let anything hold you back plus you can put them in a hat for work during the messy stages.
