Hi again Ash. First off, don't backcomb the loose ends, everytime you do you will damage the hair, backcombing really isn't that good to do in the first place, and you will also set back your journey everytime you re-do them. Remember...they need to loosen in order to dread.....those loose ends also serve as a drip line for the water to run off. Let the ends do what they want to do. Just WASH & SEPARATE. That is all you gotta do...easy huh.
