up do tip ideas?

I have to wear my hair up for work, so does anyone have ideas on how to keep it from hindering the process so much i work quite often. thanks guys

just keep it looser and let it down when u get out

my latest up do is taking the ones on each side that form in each corner of the front of yoru hair line and tieing them in the back. but before creating the loop that keeps the hair out of your face, work from the back to the front and put the dreads facing back instead of how they may lye down on the side.
