Starting neglect today

I've been on the forums for ages, & have been meaning to start for ages, but todays the day to start.I do have some questions though,1. How many times a week do I wash my hair? (is two/three times a week too often?)2. Can you use the baking soda wash without adding acv?Thanks Mike

2-3 times os perfect

u can but shouldnt

baking soda is alkaline it changes the normaly acidic hair to alkaline and opens all the cuticles(which helps clean) but they dont close and the hair stayd alkaline

u want acv to close em and reballance the hair to a 5.0-5.5 ph
