What do i do from here???

does the fact that my hair is in all different lengths of layers make a difference in the dreading process ? it touches my shoulders at its longest point and is like 2-3ish inches at its shortest.

no absolutely not and even if it started out all 1 length it wouldnt end up that way

the only thing is the 2 inch parts wont dread till longer ..like 6 in
