just wanted to see if theres any progression pics of people who started there locs via crochet method, then never used crochet again.
i started via croceht and never again, i have just been washing and seperating.
all info will be helpfull.

All I can tell you is it takes a long time to recover, especially if tight and stiff.. a photo and how long etc would help tell you what to expect
Geez look what it did to your face! Haha.. good recovery though.. but has the typical extra fuzziness

I have tons that merged.. but I spent 2 months in the hospital and almost died a few times and got some really unintentionally thick ones.. after attempts to separate resulted in an entire dread lost I stopped. I lost the beer dread as well when they did a tracheotomy.
When they are wet just separate them. keep them separated because yours are already thick and they will want to be thicker and you don’t want them any thicker than they are cause the thicker they are the harder they are to care for and the more easily they get stinky.

Crochet caused them. Time fixes them.. to a degree
vicki’s lock-in up liquid also will help, or swimming in the ocean.
