Instead of spending money for store bought water i can boil faucet water and use?

You sure can boil water for dread use. Fill a pot and boil it. let it cool so the minerals settle down in the bottom of the pot. Pour out water slowly so as not to disturb the bottom mineral deposits, as you don't want that in the water you use, just leave some water in the bottom of the pot and you should be fine. Ready to use. I am too lazy to do this with my well water, so I just buy the water cooler size jugs which last a very very long time, around $5 once you have the jug....peace
