Shower Power

My shower is very strong, will it take out early knots?

i have a really powerful shower head & not so willing to knot quickly hair lol. i do feel it was rinsing out any progress made in the beginning, one of our showerheads could be turned to a lower setting, but the main bathroom could not so i would use a mason jar to run the water over my head to wash or "mermaid" it in the tub. after knots actually started holding I was comfortable using the shower head normally again.
