question about wrapping

So I plan to put a few cross wraps in my hair today and I was wondering if I should wait for my hair to dry first. My sections are a little easier to find when my hair is wet but I don't want to mess anything up.

i do it when dry so they can fluff up to their full size & they slide out a lot easier when hair is wet.

I was wondering the same thing. I have so much hair that I end up pulling a bunch out because frizzy loose hairs get caught in the wrap. Thanks for the input Ixchel!

i get a lot of frizzies caught in the strings too since my hair was all different layers & thinned out heavily before i started. doing an open wrap seems to get less caught & therefor less pulled out.
