so after much thought i stopped brushing...i havnt brushed in 2 days...i tried to do tnr on my bangs but my gf talked me into just going natural cause of my hair type, so she combed them out and this is where iam after 2 days... 
day 7...i feel this process is going quikly...but im not sure..lol...definitly seeing some shrinkage though 
day 15...i feel like every time i wash it i lose watever progress i had during that week...idk prob just all in my head..lol 
what are u washing with and how (technique) aklsio how are u drying
it is going fast but the early stages are 2 steps forward 1 back
but if u tell me how u wash and dry and with what..in detail maybe can spot something worth changing
im doin 1 1/2 teasponns of sea salt to 8oz water in spray bottle...i spray the whole thing on let set for 1 1/2 to 2 hours...jump in shower rinse then dump a gallon mix of 3/4 cup bs...10 drops tea tree...20 drops lavender...let set 10min...rinse...then 1/4 cup acv to 1 gallon water...let set 2-3 min...rinse...and i just drip dry, no towel or nothin....will be adding in thyme, rosemary, and peppermint oil on next wash...waiting for them to come in mail...oh and i do this 2x week
Day 40...got good separation aside from the frizzies and lose hairs, underneath is starting to feel somewhat matted, having to separate alot more now. Having a hard time keeping beads in though, any suggestions? I was thinking tieing a piece of hemp in them so the knot from hemp would keep bead from sliding off, not sure if this is good idea or not. I did just wash yesterday too 
reduce the acv by alot and rinse immediately dont wait 2 min acv when yoir starting out u can use just a capful or 2 a lil splash use more when mature and then soak a min o 3
