Natural Dreads Timeline

I quit brushing my hair at the very end of August.

While I was still brushing my hair looked like this:

September 28th

It's been a month now! The last time I washed my hair I used black soap instead of the BS/AVC and it was amazing. I think I might switch to it from now on, and I also want to buy the dreadlocksshampoo stuff.

The left side of my head is the side I sleep on, so more stuff is happening here:

It's been there for a few weeks, and I feel like it will be the first to start knotting up.

So um yeah, incredibly happy! Can't wait to see what happens in a few more weeks!

No worries about the webcam pics. They are starting to mat up nicely. I can see dozens of sections starting to creep up. They may straighten out a bit when you wash, but once dry again, you should see them form again. Congrats

Eh, I'm going to update this in the comments.

I have lil baby dreads everywhere. They start dreading towards the roots. I have like an inch to a half an inch of root, then like 2 inches of dreaded hair, then like 3 inches of regular hair.

It's hard to see anything... I hate using my webcam for these pictures, but whatever.
