New to Freeform!

So I quit brushing three days ago, and I'm very excited for my new journey to begin! Freeform seems to be the best way to go, and I love how personal and spiritual the natural journey is. The only thing I worry about is if I am doing it right!

Obviously you leave your hair alone as much as possible, and let it do its own thing. What I'm wondering is if there is anything I should be doing to aid the process or make sure things go smoothly?

yea theonly important thing is to seperate if u dont want them to get huge

other then that just keep em clean and enjoy the journey

I am about 3-4 days in too! (: We can be freeform buddies!

But as Justin said, just leave things alone. I am super anxious too but I know we need to be very patient when it comes to doing a natural journey.

Okay, good to knnow I'm not missing anything. I completely forgot about the sea salt spray though, so I'll give that a try a few days from now if things seem to be at bit of a standstill. Thanks guys!
