my hair is starting to dread at the bottom of my hair in big clumps,is this normal?

my hair is forming at the end of my hair in big flat clumps with the hair above it being just normal and not forming,is this normal?thanks guys

if its doing it its normal haha they can start at the tips and dread towards rthe roots

the normal; hair will catch up maybe as thicjk as thye clumps maybe not it doesnt matter only concern would be if they are huge balls that are unconfy to sleep on..if they are under an u=inch or so then just let em go on dreading
