Alright I need a little bit of advice about how to style my hair for an interview

I wasn't really planning on this for awhile but I need to figure out a way to style my hair for an interview. I lost my job a week ago...bummer but its whatever and I got bills to pay so I gotta find a way to pass the rural Kentucky conservative inspection my dreads are only 5-6 months old and shoulder length any help or opinions are appreciated

just tie em back neatly use lil aloe to tame em down
