I'm looking for feedback on Dr.Woods Castile liquid soap/shampoo. I've been growing my hair for 3months and I'm African American. Little babies are starting to ball up but patient. I've been following the natural dread path with just BS rinse with oils and occasionally ACV rinse. I wants to experiment with Dr.Bronners but the store was out. Of it so I picked up Dr.Woods. Are they both the same? And do I need to dilute the soap with water and if so what is the ratio? Please advise :) one love*
