ends won't dread?

hey guys, just wanted to ask advice because the ends of most of my dreads won't dread it's just hair. but when I say 'ends' I mean about 5 inches of my 8 inch long hair. help?

it will just give it time 5 inches is unsusual 3 is typical 1 is normak if mature

I will be at 17 mos. on the 22nd of Nov. and most of my ends are undreaded...but, it is just as SE says...at first it was alot and now it is between 3 and 1 inch depending on which dread we are looking at :) Hang in there!

arent u only 1 month in 1st couple months they loosen more then tighten

hi :) I'm at two and a half months. I'm glad you've said they'll knot up.

come back ij 6 months and show us where they are at then :)

your dreads aree babies they got a long way to go still

Doing anything to make it "look like natural" is.... :P
