To Touch or Not to Touch

I've seen people say "palm roll as much as possible" and also "don't touch your hair, just let it do it's thing" well, which one is it?

i say leave em be plus too much palm rolling will cause breakage and possibly hair loss from the pulling.

palm roll as mucgh as possible os the wax users cpoompensation for not dreading when u use wax the hair dont move nothing happens so u palm roll to compress hair in wax like you roll play do into tubes it simulates dreading

without wax theres no reasonb to it moves and palm rolling too much can weaken them

ive never palm rolled in my life

the more u let it do its theing the better
