Wooden Beads

I just picked some up, but then began to wonder about them molding after becoming wet after washes or in the rain.

Thoughts? Experiences? Blow dryers?

if theyre big ..like an inch long its a concerbn small beads wont matter

i wear wood beads and have never had any mold problems. just move them around every so often so the hair underneath dries completely.

i wear some that i made, and i don't treat the wood or anything, so i just prefer to take them out when it's time to wash the dreadies. i just think that it keeps them bright and sharp looking. the first ones i wore, i didn't think to take them out, and they did get some discoloration from the residue and oils from wet/drying hair. they also got soggy and split a little, those were tiny. but, still.
