Can't stop fiddling with hair !!

Ahhh I just can't stop fiddling with my new forming baby dreads, I know it must be slowing down the dreading process but I find myself doing it all the time !!! I just like the feel of them and also have just stopped smokin so I guess it's also been givin me something to do with my fingers. Its annoying me now. Just wondered if anyone else had this issue???????

Haha sounds familiar, I quit smoking about 18 days ago, celebrating 1 year tommorow & I love to fiddle with my hair. I think it does slow the process especially if your messing with the roots.
