So..as many of you know I'm almost a month into neglect. I haven't even got that many sections yet and definitely no knots yet. My question is, When washing with baking soda do I use my fingers to scrub my scalp? I'm wondering because some say to just pour the baking soda on and leave it for about 10 minutes. I leave the baking soda on my hair for ten minutes now, but while I do that I scrub my scalp with my fingers. I just want to make sure I'm not hindering or undoing any progress unnecessarily. i use my fingers to clean my scalp, i just dun feel clean if i don't personally and it didn't hinder anything, but my hair is to my shoulders (well rapidly shrinking but) so maybe tha tmakes a diff?
