ok i have had mine for a week well still in the process of finishing them and i used the rip and twist method i was wondering if that would hurt my hair i have only done half my hair like this so far my friend suggested it

its the gentlest best method of all methiods that require doing annything at all

only doing nothing is gentler well perrhaps finger teassing is gentler still
