conditioner?

i started the patience method about two years ago. theyre quite tight now and the faq section says conditioner is quite important for more mature locks. what do you people use for conditioner, and how often? DM

as i need it i add jojoba to my bs/acv or u can use africas best hair oils or u can use aloe vitamin e cocoa or shae butter or even in a pich olive oil

hot coconut oil with bit of camphor melted in it work for me too
