Twist and rip to many times bad for hair??

I did TnR two times.....1 time my hair was to short and they just came undone, and the second time like...20 stayed together but I have a lot of straight hair as well. You can see where some parts of the hair are coming together...but it's been 5 months for me and my hair is still pretty straight.....I use BS/ACV wash and sometime wash with this shampoo called "Nature Gate".

I also spray my hair with Sea salt the night before I wash my hair.....any tips as to help or just time?

I know people dread faster than others, just wanna know what's the deal!
