yes wash less often the more u strip away oils the more oil your scalp producesi dunno if thats the best soap eithertry the baking soda mixi wanna wean yourself go 1 -2 days past grungy till u can wash once a week twice maxin between washings make a strong thyme teaspray on scalp and leave ona day b4 u wash spray on sea salt sprayi know u feel like when u gert oily u gotta wash but thsat only makes iu more oily quicker..thyme will help u produce less so will time beyween stripping oilsand its better to not completely strip oils but just remove builduop and dirt

yea man i feel youi get a lot of dandruff its not even kool :(so ima just try that lil wash "SE wash"see if i can get my hands on sea salt ? where can i get that ?it seems like jelly ha expericened what im going thru Jelly said:
yeah, se's pretty much right on. I have thick straight oily hair. i have also found my hair balances the oils if i wash it less often. I actually figured that out in high school. if i missed a night washing my hair it became greasy and kinda scraggly lookin. after about three days without washing it, it started becoming less oily. after that i would only wash my hair once or twice a week. I do it even less now and I have no more dandruff either, which was also a problem for me in the past.

With your hair, it it's like mine, expect it might take a couple months before your hair reaches a 'critical mass' of sorts. first one dread will form, then two more, and so on. After that you'll be busy keeping them from congoing or whatever. Wearing hats seems to accelerate the process somewhat for me.

Toms Natural is neither natural nor does it belong to "Tom". They sold out to Colgate and they put more crap in their stuff than they would ever want you to know. They eve still use SLS I believe.Use SE's Basking Soda rinse but if you ever want a soap getv yourself some bronners 18in1 and dilute to around 1 to 12 (right SE?). That mix works well for me and I also use about 5 Tablespoons Baking soda in a 18oz solution for dandruff control. Works great and my hair get reallly knotty after every wash.

since i went veggie i have not used deoderant once..deoderants and anttipersperants clog up your pores making u hotter cause u sweat less under your arms so u gotta sweat more everywhere elsewhen your diets not meat based your sweat doesnt stink so u dont really need it anyomorebutif you want a natural deoderrant look up the deoderant stone or deoderant crystalits a milky white stone u wet then rub on..and u only need to apply it one time a week even if u shower daily it doesnt reduce the effectivemnness abraham vazquez said:

nahive noticed that vegatarians have much less body odor issuesnot always 100% but in gebneralmeats not really meant to be digested so its to be expected that it causes toxins to be released through sweat glandswhen u think about it alot of how we smell is bsased on what we eatso at worse i might get a garlicy sweet smell if i eat a ton of garlic
