i did the twist and split and put rubber bands at the ends

ok byutu dont want those bands in long at all id take em all out by tomoro morningthey do no real good and can do alot oif harm

after a couple days remiving em undoes knots after a week or 2 they get sucked inside start to melt and dry rot into a sticky messs

just be sure u dont leave em in longer then a day or 2 maxu dont need emesopecialy with twist n rip
