Hi i just started neglect method and i have about 6 inches of thick straight white man hairbut enough backgroundI have minor hair thinning in the front and down the middle of my head thanks to continually use of a very tight ponytail and combing my hair when its wet. But now that i'm just neglecting it, i was wondering if it would repair itself along then way or if I have to cut it all and restart? Do i have to use to a product to repair it or will neglect and washing it twice a week with baking soda repair it? Obviously i'm going to avoid combing and abandon the ponytail but is this a legitimate concern or is my mom just trying to get me to abandon my journey?

im not sure if it will repair or not but it wont matterif the damage is broken or pulled out hair it will recover..if irs actual balding tendency it might notif its balding then u can try some antibalding stuff or herbal horsetale (its an herb) theres other herbs that can help toowether it repairs or not wont matter much
