theres about 400 threads just like this if u use the search but ok heres 1 more1-2 tablespoons to 2 cups water a few drops of the oilds if u want mix pour over head wait 10 min rinse1 tablespoon acv in 2 cups water pour over head wait a min or 2 rinse well
