Locking

Just have a question for everyone. How long did it take for your dreads to completely lock up after you started them?

i lert mine form naturaly they locked up in weeks but if u mean matured? id guess in a few months they were fully locked and mature about a year..but just a guess cant remember too clearly

Mine locked up pretty fast, really, I never had an issue with my sectioned areas coming undone or getting overly loose. But it took about 8 months for mine to really get noticeably more mature.
