well st off id recommend tha you stop palm rolling and especially twisting twisting causes traction alopecia..palm rolling does nothing at all unless yor obsessive or aggressive then it causes friction damage
twistings worse though...by far
just wash and separate using the popping method (just pull them away from eachother)
this is za very extreme case but this was caused by twisting and if you see they are being twisted in the photo even though they are so ad ff already
