Dreadfalls. Or you could do small braids and felt wool roving around the braids. Of course it's a look and not really like experiencing your own dreads. And that's impossible to explain or fix but those are your options unless you went with a wig. I did see somewhere a tutorial for costuming dreads where someone braided the hair overnight. Then took those out, lightly sprayed with hairspray and lightly backcombed. Then rolled and sprayed again. If I recall they soaked in conditioner to loosen knots and combed out. Totally not that great for hair, but about like living in the 60's with a beehive Ps you definitely wouldn't want to leave either of the above mentioned in for very long for various reasons.
weslcome let me explasin why you got laughter dreads affect you profoundly they change you spiritualy and when you dremove them its traumatizing and decvestating and you will dread again its not a costume u cant put them on take them off once you dread you wull not get bored you will never want to be without them
now when you wernt combing you probly washed wrong and finger combed
you can dread but when you dread you should have the attitude of wanting to dread for life cause they will change you in very deep ways
