just by a lil and slowly

u see normal shampoos are harsh and strip healthy oils so your scalp panicks and over produces oils plus oily scalps/hair are lil too acidic so the baking soda being alkaline nudh-ges it towards nutral

it starts to get too dry then so u reintroduce acv to restore ph ballance

overwashing and aidity increases oiliness washing 1 day less then 1 day less again and using baking soda no acv will reduce oiliness slowly

Yes i do ha im pretty determind i just like the lifstyle and the way of life growing dreads bring i have alot of friends that have dreads i will be the only one that will go natural they tnr and backcomb ouch! Let um grow!

Its pretty greesy it oils up about a day after a wash sometimes less if im active
