welcome!man but you shouldn't use anything dhhq...their stuff is so damaging..are you using the wax and the tools? If you are then I recommend you stop. The lock docta is an expensive felting needle that shreds every hair it touches. The loose hair tool creates holes in your dreads and ultimatelyweakens the dreads. the wax is hydrophobic and unless you do wax removals(dip in bnoiling water and squeeze the melted wax out) then you have build up.
