it is highly recomended but that is not how you do it mix 1/3 cup baking soda in a galon water pour it on (ro rubbing needed) soak 10 min then rinse then same measy=urements acv and warter pour ion soak 3 min then rinse u can add essential oils to treatf conditions (or for u jojoba for dryness) but u do not want that foaming action thats crating a seperate acid that weakens hair slowly ..ive used only baking soda and acv to wash for 5 years now ..i mixxed the 2 twice..rrally regretted that.. u dwant to rince the bs completekly b4 u dio acv
