i do the baking soda every time baking soda followed by acv i dont use soap anymore

dont fingfer comb try the baking sodas wash wghich then u never even touch the hair in a week it 2 it will section itself then just watch to make sure sections dont eat eachother and seperate any bigger then an inch (at the roots)other then that wool and sea salt sprays help alotseperate as neededand enjoy it
dread roots when younfg will have a couple inches long undreaded as they mature it tightens..on its own to bout 1/2 inch they ever need maintenance except seperation they are always best left to dread on their own

twisting the roots weakens the roots and can cause traction alopecia which if you dont catch it in time can cause permenant baldness
you do not need to do anything sat all to the roots ajnmd shouldnt just leave the roots alone!
