yep hes dreaded. mostly all dreaded hes doing it the natural way so its a lil harder to tell

haha twisting with shea butter for white ppl hair? (need a facepalm emoticon) shea butter is a moisturizer black hair never produces oils so needs constant moisturizing white ppl hair needs to dry out oils to dread ..oposite treatments..
u will have 50 when u get your money back but yea conmb them out scrub with either dawn dish soap or soak in undiluted vinagewr use very hot water to wash em
if theyre combed out its alot easier sincetheyre just twisted you wont have too much trouble
nope unfortunately with the wax in them they will not dread ever u need to remove all the wax and start over twist and rip or neglect (natural)
and yes it is refundable you went there to get dreaded they gave u twists wich only work in african hair they also used wax which prevents any hair from dreading they screwed u so u get your money back
