yea ppl get obessesd about the roots being as tight as can be but that then prevents natural dreadin which needs movement room at the roots it also can cause tension and weakness ..your roots will dread if u lat em dread..i have never rubbed rolled or twisted mine in any way and they just dread without effort

welcome sister but why would u twist and root rub// that can weaken the roots and the roots need absolutely no help
