I'm looking into buying some of the shampoo that you recommend along with their tightening gel stuff or perhaps the sea salt spray. I made my own sea salt spray but it made my hair so dry it was crunchy. I don't care for it.

welcome a few things
1 nutragena is a residue remover not a nonresidue shampoo its highly toxic and i think on the label says never use it more then once every few months
2 don't twist or roll! twisting causes stress on the roots that can even cause balding and rolling does absolutely nothing but cause friction damage ..it doesn't help the process 1 bit
just wash and separate as needed nothing else
but i highly recommend a diferent shampoo
