Kelly I've been trying to keep it seperated my husband has been helping. It's just very knotty because I don't have the right shampoo yet and I'm to scared to do the bakin soda rinse with my hair because my hair is all ready fried as is from dying it so many times and not using my normal shampoo and conditioner I'm starting to get second thoughts of just brushing my hair after I wash it.

I seperated them for her this morning. some of them are so knotted its hard to get them any smaller.
Make sure you start separating so that the sections don't get too big. It is best to keep them below one square inch, at the scalp. Otherwise they will get too big. If you start them small, you can let them congo and decide what size you want them to be.
