"If you can start ripping it without any oil, it;s better to do that. After you wash them, while they're still damp, start ripping from there they are separated. If you get to a point that they wont budge, you can use jojoba oil or…"

"Welcome. And they are getting tight because of the crochet, not because of surfing. Crocheting does so much damages, including overly tightening your locks. They need to tighten at their own pace. "

Ive been browsing for a while now and I keep seeing posts about separating dreads, but I still dont have any answers to what i am looking for.
