General Talk

Dreads are dreads. Even if you only have one dread on your head it's still a real dread.

If you end up keeping the new design I'd like to see a one colour background to make it easier to read stuff.

Looking for baby dread maintenance advice?

Dread Maintenance

Loops are normal. That's how dreads form and lock up.

I was thinking more along the lines of letting the first one start to lock up before starting the second.

And my hair is extremely fine, and with twist and rip, the only way it would stay was by knotting into big loops and it was really uneven, and was hell to get out. It might work now if I tried since my hair is really dry from being backcombed, but I really like how the backcombing turned out instead.

Best method for me?

Dreading Methods

Those little balls of knotted hair are baby dreads starting to form. It would most definitely not take years or even months for you. Might not even take weeks.

Wow something is bogging this site down big time.

Denise's Neglect/TnR Timeline ~ *UPDATED January 17, 2014*

Member Journals and Timelines

As you can see I combed the front bit out... 10 dreads, took 10 hours :O. A couple of dreads were always hanging in my face and I got really annoyed at them.
