Ive been taking the 10,000 mcg biotin for a couple months now and have defintely noticed a difference in the strength of my nails...

the greasyness is probley the result of washing everyday... deffintley try goin a lil longer between washes...i wash me hair 2 maybe three times a week with BS/ACV. im to much of a cheapskate to get oils so i make tea from rosemary,lavender, excetra if need be... deffintley cuts the greasee feellin.hope thats some help...
