Yeah, he's definitely biased. What I don't care for is the attitude that if you don't follow the neglect method from day one, you are stupid and lack knowledge about dreads and that they will automatically fall off to the ground. It's irritating and comical at the same time.

you only wash every 3 weeks? u should be washing 2-3 times a weekand i amm looking at your pics u see all the exposed scalp?thats from over twistingu should not have all that ex[osed scalpthat showes alot of tension

well let me clarify waxed dreads will never dread properly wax prevents movement wich prevents the formation of knowts the only 'dreadinmg' wax dreads do is the existing vbackcombed knots get compacted into the wazxthey will be less dreaded at 4 years then unwaxed dreads at 4 monthsand twisting every 2 weeks? over twisting can severely weaken the roots and even do permenant scalp damage sometimes even causing permenant bald spotsu never need to do nothing about new growth it takes care of itself if u leave it alone

but it really doesnt do anything.. if they round out by palm rolling a few hours later theyre right back the way they weredreads will naturaly tend to go round just from sleeping on them..palm rolling literaly does no good at all unless your extremely obsessive about it and cause alot if friction damagethe only reason palm rolling was ever recomendeed is cause of wax uuse, dreads with wax will never dread but palm rolling hair into wax compresses it so it seems to be more dreaded then it isthats the only way palm rolling really does anything is if your just mashing hair into wax
