DREAD HELP!! does this look right?

I feel like this isn't how a new dread is supposed to look! help! Does this look right? Its brand new.

They're going to look funky. I wouldn't worry about it and just let it do it's thing. There's nothing that can really go "wrong" if you don't interfere with them.

The section does look a little big. Remember that the mature dreadlock will be just as thick as the section (how much hair is at your scalp, at the beginning of the dreadling).

Looks about right though. Twist n rip?

yea agree the section looks big tho hard to be sure

No. Brush it out. It looks as tho you made a pigtail. Just let your hair go natural.
