HOW MUCH WASHING IS TOO MUCH

Is there such thing as washing too much? Or getting them wet too often?? Does it really take 2-3 days for the locks to dry??? I am a baker/pastry chef and the restaurant I work for makes soup daily and I leave smelling like their soup every day and it sticks in my hair... Gross right? I have noticed that washing seems to help my hair lock up more too, but I do not want it to mold because it doesn't dry between washes..

input?

when mature they take longer to dry so washing at most every 2-3 days is best whe n young every day to every 2 days is ok

but its good to get into the habit of washing every 2-3 days

washing does help

just need to be sure they dry well
