question

i was hearing about some poeple that have dreads telling my friend (who got me into wanting dreads) that leaving your bangs out means you dont really have true dreads. i did her dreads for her we braided them and she wanted her bangs left out so i left them alone but since people told her that she dreaded them and i was just wondering if they were just messing with her or if a lot of people feel that way?

well i think thats someone sayinmg they are dreading just for fashion those same ppl might be rastas that dont concider any dreads that arent neglect to be true dreads?

im think ing they were being elitist looking down on fashion dreads

i dont see that often but have seen it

i think its a cute look but it does look more like a look then a lifestyle
