Hi ! 

Yes I would like to start soon and I'm looking into the right method for me. 
My boss doesn't have a problem with me having dreads but since my work involve visiting people at their home, I would like to have an OK minimal clean starting look... 

So right now I was thinking of starting with TnR and let them maturing after. I feel like starting therm totally neglect or freeform is not good for my situation.  Any tip or recommendation ?
I'm looking at how do I start the TnR? can I do it by myself or should I go with a hair dresser to do it (which look expansive)? 
And how to help them mature after the TnR ?

This forum is awesome and I'm sure I'll find good info but it's long to go through every post and discussion... Where do I start ?!
