It definitely does tame your hair. That's for sure. But if done too much it does dry it out. Good to hear you don't.
Eagle's a great resource. I took my mirrors down when I started, too. It keeps you from being over judgmental of yourself and any little imperfections. Just go with how they feel and how they look in your shadow. You'll love how they look that way.
Welcome. Just checking, but do you make sure to always wash out the sea salt within a few hours? Leaving it in causes your hair to become overly dry and brittle. It will also dry out your scalp too much
