Thanks you've been such a good help . I'ma post regular updates and show my progress. I'm three months in and I love how they look . Everyone talked about the ugly stage and stuff but mine haven't really hit an ugly stage they have started to tighten and shrink . Separating them sucks sometimes but they have stayed pretty uniform for this last month.

don't bother palm rolling. it does nothing at all
but a good all natural shampoo is priceless! the 1 we recommend will really speed up dreading by alot www.dreadlockshampoo.com the liquid till mature then bars
washing in cold waters great hot water dries out the scalp

towel rubbing should only be done once, never repeated, every time you rub your resetting progress and in fact, you can erase 3 months progress in minutes just towel drying your hair.
just leave it alone from here on..let it dread
