Turning Your Whole Yard Into A Garden

Last yearthey installed water meters in our area. Every amount of water we use is tracked and instead of 30 dollars for our water bill we had a bill of 180.00 bucks. So we have made almost all whole backyard into a large garden. We grew corn,tomatoes,potatoes,tomatillos, artichokes,chives,basil and the list goes on. We have begun to do the same with our front yard as well. It saves on water and we don't have to buy as many produce items for the grocery store.
